Warm fragrant Mediterranean summer breezes sweep in from the sea and roll gently across the groves and orchards that dot the hillsides along the coast.  Sweet delicate scents of apricots, oranges and sun drenched fruits mix with the warm and comforting aromas of newly harvested grains and nuts.  

These cherished memories along with a life-long passion for wholesome and healthy food have inspired me to create Ambrosial Granola.  Age-old artisan traditions handed down to me from generations of hard-working, loving simple folk, I so proudly call my family are still in use today.

Ambrosial Granola’s all-organic, lovingly crafted granola and muesli are a tribute to my heritage and the old world culture and a celebration of the bustling new world, where far too often we forget what happiness really is.
