Terms and Conditions

ELIGIBILITY:

This competition is open to US residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Ambrosial Granola employees and their family members or anyone connected with the promotion are not eligible.

TO ENTER:

Click at the bottom of this page to submit your details online before 12 noon of the last day of the month. Completed entries must reach Ambrosial Granola no later than the closing date.

USE OF DATA:

The personal information you provide when you enter this competition is strictly confidential and will not be used in any way by Ambrosial Granola.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:

The winner will be selected by www.random.org, in a manner that is guaranteed to be fair and truly random on the last day of the month. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw. In case the winner has not responded within 15 days of notification we reserve the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner. The winner may be required to become involved in further publicity.

PRIZE:

The lucky winner will enjoy the prize announced monthly on this page. No cash or other alternatives available. The prize will be sent within 5 days after the winner’s response.  

WINNERS LIST:

The winners’ names will be posted on this page by the last working day of the month after the draw is conducted, and will remain there for at least 1 month. The winners agree that their names become publicly available.

By entering into the competition, all entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
